Head Chef Francesco Volgo has been with The Calcot Collection for many years following various chef roles in well-respected Cotswold hotels and his most recent role was as Head Chef of Calcot’s Gumstool Inn. Francesco and his team are passionate about using the very best seasonal produce available and utilising what the kitchen garden has to offer.
During the summer and well into our mild autumns, The Potager’s doors and windows open onto the garden, which creates an idyllic space for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You may also be joined by our resident robin who is known to pop in from time to time!
