Ensure that every guest has the most enjoyable dining experience, whether it be out in the award winning gardens, within the Potager restaurant, or just a short trip across the road in our traditional Country Inn.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To ‘dazzle’ our guests every time we look after them.
Gain knowledge of all the food, wine and drink products sold.
To be able to run any section to a very high standard (restaurant, bar, hosting, pass and restaurant section)
Implementing customer service to a high standard
Maintain a high personal standard of grooming
Relaxed approach to work, friendly, courteous, well-mannered and polite
Maintain effective communication with Line manager and other departments
Implement Golden rules of Hospitality
Ensuring high standards of spot check of tables, inside and outside areas
Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required
Previous experience in working within a similar environment
High working practices and standards
Strong Interpersonal skills
