MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring guests receive a warm, friendly and personal experience throughout their stay.
Checking in and checking out guests
Cashiering
Administrative duties: Answering the telephone and taking reservations · Taking bedroom and Potager restaurant reservations · Meeting and greeting - acting as host/ hostess · Checking public areas · Dealing with general enquiries from guests, members of the public and staff · Typing menus · Liaising with all departments where necessary · Implement the 7 golden rules of Hospitality.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Computer literate
Previous experience in in a hotel environment is preferable
Good industry knowledge
Self confident & enthusiastic
Have high standards
Be well presented
Interpersonal skills
Flexible Attitude
