Main Duties

Greet our guests within the restaurant/lounge/bar/terraces, explain and recommend from the all-day dining menu and beverage selection

Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers and all bar essentials

Ensure stock controls are maintained

Pride yourself on excellent product knowledge and upsell to create tailored and memorable guest experiences

Work as a team to ensure drink preparation and service standards are delivered

Maintain a clean and organized working environment, ensure the safe use and storage of chemicals

Ensure billing and payment procedures are completed accurately

Knowledge, Experience and Skills required

Strong focus on managing guest experiences from within a hotel, restaurant, bar operation

Previous supervisory bar training preferable

Extremely well organized within a flexible working environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Impeccable guest service standards

Previous experience of stock management
