Graham Grafton honed his skills in London's Caprice, Bibendum and
Chez Bruce, before joining Tim and Rupert at the village pub in
Barnsley. Together they transformed the pub and built a reputation
for fantastic food, warm hospitality and a great atmosphere.
Graham's aim for the restaurant at Barnsley House to be the stage
for its home-grown produce. There is much more emphasis placed on
sound technique rather than looks. Dishes that are robust, simple
and absolutely fresh.
The restaurant serves modern European food with an Italian influence.
