Service Charge

We apply a voluntary service charge to our dining bills and 100% of the amounts received are distributed to all of our team members in every department across the hotel via a fair system. No element of service charge amounts are retained by the company and they are not taken into account when ensuring pay rates exceed minimum wage legislation.

Payment Methods
All payment transactions are handled by a third party payment platform Adyen, whose secure transaction processing environment exceeds industry standards such as PCI DSS. We do not process any credit cards details on our own website and any cardholder data is secured by using a combination of symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms.

We are not currently accepting cash as a method of payment for any of our facilities.

COVID update

We want to reassure you that we have taken every measure possible to keep everyone safe but also want to ensure we don't lose the essence of what we love to do every day. You may find the information here helpful but please get in touch if you have any questions.

We’ll be keeping some light distancing measures and sensible cleaning precautions in place and you’ll still see sanitiser readily available to use around the hotel for a little while yet.

Arrival

We can't wait to see you but to help us maintain guest capacities, please delay getting here until after 3pm where possible. One of our team will welcome you at the front of the house and direct you to the car park or take you straight to your room.

Departure

In order to help us to maintain our procedures, we request that all guests check out before 11.00am unless arranged specifically the night before departure.

Children

Due to the nature of the site any children staying overnight will need to be above 14 years old.

Booking Guarantee
To guarantee your booking we require a deposit equal to your first nights stay, this will be charged via the link emailed to you. Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged in full if the cancelled room remains unsold.

Refund Transactons
Our team can process your refund via BACS within 48 hours of the request – if outside of the cancelation policy. Once that has happened, your bank will then process the refund back into your account – this can usually take between 7-10 days.

Room Deposits/Cancellation Policy

Room bookings require pre-payment of your first nights’ accommodation amount at time of booking. Your rate does not include any incidental charges which you may incur during your stay and these are payable on departure.

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged in full if the cancelled room remains unsold. If cancelled outside of the 7 days prior to your arrival a full refund can be given or room booking transferred to a new date, however rates may differ between dates if your booking is transferred.

If we are forced to close a hotel due to government guidelines for COVID-19, bookings will be refunded in full or transferred to a different date.

Group Bookings

A booking of four rooms or more is considered as a group booking and would be subject to amended Terms & Conditions. These bookings should be made directly with the events department.

Exclusive Use Bookings

Groups wanting to take all the bedrooms are classed as an Exclusive Use booking and would be subject to amended Terms & Conditions. These bookings should be made directly with the events department.

Table Booking/Cancellation Policy

Please note that the time you have booked is when we need you to be sat at the table. All bookings will be confirmed prior to arrival via your booking method

If you are booking a group of 7 guests or more we require a £20 per person deposit in order to secure the booking. This deposit will then be taken off your final bill. For any ‘no-show’ tables, the deposit will be kept in full.

Events

All event bookings should be made directly with the events department. You will be sent detailed terms and conditions with your booking information.
