Barnsley's head chef, Graham Grafton came to the Cotwolds from Le Caprice and Bibendum in London, and has been creating fabulous dishes from the homegrown produce at Barnsley from the beginning. Graham will teach you to prepare and cook a simple but impressive menu for the ultimate dinner party - starter, main and pudding - as well as tips around the kitchen and other skills invaluable to both budding and established cooks.
